What needs cleaning?
A general wash request is more useful when it identifies the vehicle and the areas that need attention. Exterior panels, glass, wheels and accessible trim can present different cleaning concerns. Explain whether you are discussing routine dirt, a specific residue or a surface that has already been treated.
Details to raise
- Vehicle model and general condition.
- Areas you want included in the discussion.
- Existing coatings, repairs or surfaces requiring special attention.
Agree the scope
Clarify what is included, how the vehicle will be received and when it can be collected. A photograph or a short description cannot confirm every surface condition. An arrangement, quotation and service date need separate confirmation.
